We're sorry to see you go. As per Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account?
Data Permanently Deleted
- Your DocHouse user profile and authentication credentials
- All encrypted document images and metadata stored on our servers
- Device registrations and linked web sessions
- Your encryption keys stored in our cloud (rendering any residual data permanently unreadable)
What We Cannot Delete
- Your Google account (managed by Google independently)
- Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that contain no personal identifiers
Immediate Effects
- You will immediately lose access to all documents across all devices
- All active web sessions will be terminated instantly
- This action is irreversible — data cannot be recovered due to our Zero-Knowledge architecture
How to Request Deletion
To verify your identity and process the deletion securely, please send an email from the Google Account associated with your DocHouse profile:
